I am in LOVE with this little book!
Every now and then a book comes into your life…..this is one of them!  Small in stature, it is the perfect size to keep in your purse or briefcase.  Journaling has been an important part of my life in both coping with life’s difficult and challenging moments as well as chronicling the blessings life brings to me.
In Karen Sahlmansohn’s ” Instant Happy Journal”, she provides both the vehicle (the book) and the prompts (the journal entry suggestions) for you to hit the ground running.  If you have always wanted to begin a journal but didn’t know how or where to start, please consider getting this book.
It has prompts for 365 entries, just perfect for a year full of journaling.  Some of the prompts are: “The Soul gets stiff when it doesn’t stretch itself daily. What have you been doing or can do to stretch who you are and grow a little?” and “It’s never too late to be what you might have been”.  Interesting and insightful prompts.
I hope she plans on creating a new book for every year!
“I received this book from Blogging for Books for this review.”
